Our land and CO2 stats are intended to illustrate the real, immediate and significant benefits of eating less meat. They compare your chosen option to average UK consumption, so they are not personal to what you eat.
They are only rough estimates and we hope to be able to get more accurate numbers in future. If you would like to know how we calculated them, feel free to take a look.
